Christina's Nail and Spa

Originally when I came here I was pleased because my nails looked fine. I wanted acrylic the nail tech Christina (also the owner) advised I get gel instead. She insisted it would last longer and be healthier for my nails. After about 3 days the nail started to warp and bend. After 5 days I was missing 3 nails. I paid $80 for this set and was very dissatisfied. I work 2 jobs both overnight &’ during the day so I hadn’t had time to go back in and speak with the owner Christina (who originally did my service ). Today I was able to go back in and speak with the owner about the issue. I was speaking calmly at first until I was basically dismissed saying “it works for other people” when I explained that I didn’t ask for this service and wouldn’t have gotten it if she didn’t push so hard for me t

I got a set of gel nails a couple of weeks ago. The staff was polite but pushy and the quality was mediocre at best. I came in seeking a full set of acrylic nails and was fine with switching to gel when it was recommended, however, the staff here seems to be very comfortable making executive decisions for their customers without asking for their input. Instead of just asking me if I wanted gel, she called over another employee to discuss my nails in front of me in another language and then one of them stood behind me and Christina sat in front of me and they both kept telling me to pick gel. Also, I’m not sure why we would round out square nails? The tech who shaped my nails was intentionally rounding out the corners with the file. A great experience! Clean and friendly. Great prices and great service. Enjoyed a visit with a friend. We both left very happy!!!! We will be back. Lots of parking and easy to find location.

I’ve been coming to Christina’s for several years, and even though I moved 25 miles away, this is the only place I’ll go for my pedicure. I honestly did try to find a place closer to my new home, but nothing compares to the attention and service that I get at Christina‘s. Rosie is my favorite girl, and she always takes her time.

They did awesome gel polishes on my nails and my mom's. The staff members were friendly, professional, and attentive to details. The shop has a large collection of colors, and it is such a lovely and clean place. Their customer service was incredible, especially the complimentary massage while drying the nails. Highly recommend!
