Daughter came in for highlights and Sarah listened to exactly what she wanted. Very happy with the color & cut. Will definitely be back

The worst experience ever!!! Sarah needs to quit doing hair. She cant color match, cut layers or dry hair professionally. She left my hair wet and frizzy. When she was finished I said the layers were uneven. she tried to correct them and got flustered, She threw her hands up and said "its getting worse and worse" i think she ran off crying. I was in shock! The owner came over had to fix her work because she was a frazzled mess in the back. The owner was very unprofessional and extremely rude by the time she was done trying to fix my hair. The owner was blaming me for Sarahs incompetence. Ot was wild! I knew I was going to be disappointed when Sarah wanted to put a 2 for my color when im a 5. The owner said I was rude for telling Sarah in my consultation what previous stylists have used 5

I recently moved to Hampshire and am happy to have found a great local place to support. I booked with Sarah Franz for a haircut and she did a great job. Very consultative and made sure I was happy with everything throughout my appointment. Will definitely be booking with her on a regular basis!

My husband gifted me a facial with Alejandra for my birthday and I can honestly say, it was a 10 out of 10 birthday experience for me. Alejandra is so passionate with her craft. She made me feel so welcomed, pampered, and comfortable. We went through every step of her top notch/high tech equipment and products. I never felt pressured into buying products but with her knowledge and expertise, I am fully confident in the products she recommended and I purchased some incredible skincare anyways. I am already looking forward to many more appointments with her. I also can’t wait to pay it forward and gift future sessions, for friends and family. She is truly worth EVERY penny.

Christina Michelle Salon is the most warm and welcoming salon I've ever visited. I am a regular client, but when I first moved to Hampshire, the owner Tina was so helpful. She taught me about the area... not just hair! My family and I have also gotten haircuts and color by the other stylists Mandy and Erin, and our experience has been wonderful. The location is super cute, and part of historic downtown Hampshire. You can get your hair done and visit many more businesses on the strip!
