Love Yolanda and John - they literally know all of their repeat customers by name. Yolanda snaps every time on my nails - I work her nerves with the designs I want 😅but she comes through every time. I always get compliments. Cons: it's just Yolanda and John - which they're fully aware of, and they are honest when folks are asking for service and they can't squeeze them in. Try to come in during non-peak hours.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now, and I can honestly say Yolanda and John are some of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. They work to the bone almost every day, always doing their best and treating every customer with care and respect. The quality of their work speaks for itself—clean lines, beautiful shapes, and attention to every little detail. The salon itself is always spotless and welcoming. I absolutely love John and Yolanda!!! They are the best! Everytime the girls and I come in we are treated like royalty and family!💕💕. Yolanda knows just what I like when it comes to my nails and when John does my feet I feel like I’m in heaven!!! She was very sweet. It was only her and another guy working. I drove here from Atlanta because I was looking for a Christian salon. Called at 1 to set an appointment for 4. She said okay. I show up at 3:30 and I get seated at 3:55. I was coming in for a basic manicure and pedicure. Manicure was… not the best. All I got was my cuticles pushed back (I didn’t want them cut). She kept cutting the cuticles even though I just asked for them to be pushed back. Didn’t even clean under the nails or file them evenly. Under my nails were dirty. Then she left me for a client that came after me. No cuticle oil. Nothing. Just had me sitting there waiting. Didn’t even prepare my pedicure station. After I saw how bad my manicure was and how she didn’t even look like she was planning to do my pedicure any

Yolanda is a control freak, she will not hire anyone else in the shop & John is a yes man, he has no say in price or service, no masculinity in him. It's only the two of them, very slow service. They cater to regulars FIRST, BIG TIPPERS! I also noticed Yolanda have an attitude when you don't tip as if the service fee isn't more than ENOUGH. She have a VERY FAKE personality to get more tips & ask all of your business, ETC. She also only caters to her regular customers who TIP big & will put a regular in front of you if you are a new customer that was waiting PRIOR for a long time! Zero, customer service skills, just money hungry & DRIVEN by tips! John rushes on the spa pedicure at times, he does nails EXTREMELY SLOW! Yolanda is hit or miss with your nails!
