Loved this place! I was greeted right away and they were patient as I took forever to choose my color. I just got the basic manicure - $17 is a great price and i love my nails. I also really liked how they played relaxing music. I’ll definitely be back!
Seems to be new owners or management as this salon I’ve been coming to for almost 10 years now. The manicurist did not sterilize any of the instruments for the manicure which is completely unacceptable. When I inquired they told me they don’t sanitize those instruments in between clients (are you serious?) and told me next time I should buy my own set of instruments for them to use. When I asked her to grab a new set of intstruments to use she completely ignored me and pretended she didn’t know what I was talking about. Clearly no sanitation protocol here and completely unsanitary. So sad because this used to be a very clean salon with great customer service- not anymore. Time to find a new salon.
Had a great first experience here! I was fit in on short notice, had a great selection of colors (wanted something nude) and because I warned them my nails had been brittle and breaking, they took extra care soaking off my prior gel and shaping my nails. They came out beautifully and the only issue is they are too grown out, but no chips at all! And And i went through 2 weeks of vacation, gardening and working out etc. Attaching photos from the first day and today, 4 weeks and 4 days after I had them done !
Pay a little more money and just go to the nail boutique on South Street instead. This place seems like a good idea because it’s super affordable but the reality is they are not very good at what they do. i’ve gone back a few times to see if it has improved and every time I end up regretting it.
EXTREMELY HIGH PRICED The guy was rude and made me feel uncomfortable when I came in their typical clients are not of my complexion… I had my upper lip and chin waxed where usually I pay no more than $15 they charge $10 each. I will include the price list. They also only have gel polish. If you are looking to have a wax with reasonable pricing go to 11th Ellsworth! They do both for one fee of $13. It’s a little further away but much better experience.
