This was one of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had. What I asked for is NOT what I received. Instead of listening to me, she completely ignored my request and decided to do the style she wanted, not what I paid for. I hated my hair so much that I had to go to another salon and pay again just to have it fixed. To make matters worse, the service was done in her apartment, right near her kitchen, which was dirty and unsanitary. This is not a professional salon environment by any means. I will never give her another dime and will never return. Completely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful of a paying client. And for the record—I have proof of payment, so if she attempts to respond claiming this is the “wrong salon” or that I was never a client, that is simply not true.

Second time with this woman of faith. Her hands are magic and she makes you feel so beautiful with her braiding skills. Safe and healthy environment. Thank you so much for your service in this pandemic 😷. 🙏🏽❤️

Christelle is amazing! Years ago, I began going to her for my regular braids, and now she also does my child’s hair for school every two weeks. I truly appreciate the consistent care and quality she puts into her work. She always checks in at the beginning by asking, ‘Do you like it?’ to make sure we’re happy with the style and service. Her professionalism and attention to detail stand out every time. I would highly recommend Christelle to anyone — you will not be disappointed.
