As a lifelong endurance athlete (running, cycling, GORUCK), I've had my share of injuries over time and have utilized a number of physical therapists and licensed massage therapists to help me recover. Chris is by far one of the best I've worked with. He understands a competitive athlete's mindset and works wonders on a number of injuries I've had from plantar fasciitis to sprains, strains and general wear and tear. His office is easy to find and located above the TD Bank in downtown Westport with plenty of free parking.
