I live down the highway and came here due to last minute scheduling with a client. They opened the earliest. It's a Friendly environment, also a very clean store. They're prices are a little more then other beauty stores I've been too and they need more of a selection. Other then that it was cool.

Was happy to support a family owned business. I was even more excited that the store had the products I wanted/needed. With that being said, the customer service was not pleasant. Upon entering the store, the cashier was on the phone and I was not greeted. Even after she finished her convo, I was not acknowledged. I was not offered a bag, not even for purchase. The cashier did not have a pleasant demeanor.

Amazing atmosphere, amazing staff, amazing quality of hair supplies! By far the best hair store I’ve been to. You’re greeted at the door and they always help. Definitely made me feel beautiful just walking in lol I recommend this place to everyone I know 🩷

Chosen Beauty just opened and of course I wanted to support. Even though they didn’t have the Tracey Ellis Ross products that I like yet, they took down the name of the product to add to their shelves. Excellent customer service, friendly, and a beautiful store. I purchased a heat cap which I also needed and was pleased with the reasonable prices. Welcome to the community Chosen Beauty!

I went in there not really dressed up because I just got off of work and the man in there assumed I didn’t have any money. He never acknowledged me until I was about to leave. I was in there for about ten minutes and he never asked once did I need help. Mind you when I go to hair stores I spend hundreds of dollars so just don’t assume someone doesn’t have money based on their appearance.
