Chop It Up Barbershop

The absolute worst. I have tried both barbers and they are both terrible at their job. It’s always a rushed job with no attention to detail. I even switched to a simpler haircut from a fade because every time I went for a fade it turned out different, despite giving the exact same instructions every time. Even with the simpler haircut, I still got a different outcome every single time. The price DOES NOT equate to the service you receive. These guys should be charging $5 at most. Feels like the free back to school haircuts you got as a kid

This was by far one of the worst haircuts i have ever gotten. It was rushed,not properly faded,the equipment wasnt clean and my barber was reusing latex gloves that he was using for a previous client. To top it off this Master Barber looked at it and asked if it was ok.

Overall nice guy - ok place. However, I wouldn’t call this a fade. The beard trimmers hurt and was reminded when the aftershave was applied. Had to ask twice to trim my beard and it wasnt what I wanted. I was just done and this is what I ended up with (photo below). After all this, I had to take matters into my own hands and just buzz it all. Dont think I’ll be back anytime soon

I am literally never one to leave a bad review, but this needed it. I made an appointment for my son yesterday at this location, and definitely will not be back again. When we walked in, the master barber was on a facetime call with (what I’m assuming was) his child. No big deal, as a mom- I get it. However, he didn’t say a word to us, just motioned towards his chair. I awkwardly started to try and explain what we usually have done at the other shop we go to, while he was still talking to his child, and before I knew it, my son’s hair was basically going to have to become a buzz cut. I tried telling him we usually keep it long on top (to which he responded, “oh.”) but it was too late at that point. Well I suppose I get what I deserve when I don’t do any homework. I never use barbershops as my wife is a professional stylist but the barber was late, smelled of cigarettes, and also let me in to the shop but then proceeded to go next door to get something else to drink. Won’t be back. Haircut is fine, but the shop is so run down and just not relatively clean. Hair wasn’t even swept up. I’ll pass next time.
