Chocolate Spa & Nails

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner has a nasty attitude when I pointed out that my nails were all different shapes and sizes , she stated that I still needed to pay for the nails and to never return lol I couldn’t believe it ! The pinky is thin as ever and my pointer finger has a glob of product on it (see photo)… Long story short the nails are ugly and rushed , she has ZERO customer service skills . Tomorrow is NYE and I have to find someone else to fix this mess that she has made . Also as soon as you walk through the door she has these 2 dogs barking and jumping all over you !! So unprofessional take your business elsewhere for your own sake .

I hesitated on going because I had issues in the past but my regular place was fully booked. I got a lemon spa pedicure which chipped bad the next day. The polish seemed watered down and streaky. The nails were cut all different lengths and the right big toe nail was crooked.The lady wrapped my foot in a hot towel which burnt the side of my foot. Before I even sat down to dry my nails I was told “pay up”. I don’t think I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt anymore and won’t return.

During the pedicure I said multiple Times that my skin was burning. He was very nonchalant. Apparently he put the callous remover up the sides of my heel. I was in pain for a week.

I had a horrible experience with the lady who did my nails I originally showed her. My nail is purple before she did my nails and she told me the price will be $55. Was she doing my nails? She asked me what color did I want and looking back at the same exact design she changed the price of 75 however I showed her this picture already and she said well. I thought you was only talking about one now. I don’t know how because they were different designs on all the nails and I said I want all the same. I get to ask her if then, if the original price is gonna be $55, what nail design does she think I was talking about originally she couldn’t give me an answer. I ended up getting a black tip that was $65 and it still was very, very bad.

Great service and very clean salon. Ann thank you for your amazing service. I am beyond happy with my results.
