This past Saturday was truly memorable. From the moment I walked in for my wash, cut, semi-permanent dark brown dye, and silk press, I felt completely cared for. Latasha, the owner, transformed my hair into a shiny, bouncy bob that feels healthier than ever. Her expertise and professionalism made the whole process effortless. The shop itself is a delight—spotless, stylish, and welcoming. Latasha’s warm approach made me feel like a valued guest. I am excited to have found my go-to stylist and already look forward to my next visit in two weeks. The results exceeded my expectations and the change feels absolutely worth it. I've had the most uncomfortable experience from this salon ever. The owner is extremely arrogant, unprofessional, and rude. I walked in to set up an appointment and as i explained how I wanted my hair done, she interrupted me mid-sentence twice. That was already a red flag. On my appointment day, I expected a relaxing atmosphere as I got my hair done. The owner made SUPER unnecessary comments about my hair and made me feel bad, I'm not confrontational so I chose not to tell her I didn't like the way she was talking to me, why do I have to go through that in the first place? I'm a teenager and a grown woman is criticizing my hair when she should give gentle advice instead. I left feeling insecure when I've always felt confident in my natural hair. My first time there, very bad experience yesterday I paid $255.05 for this. $5.05 taxes unacceptable, the place is very nice the employees are very nice, the owner however, is nice but can not do hair.. I wanted to be a on going customer, ?? We should always support our black entrepreneurs..but this…tells a different story, why we don’t, the other hairstylist hair look really nice, maybe I’ll try her, my eyebrows 👍🏽 time will tell.

the wait was an hour,all the many many many flowers were all dead, THAT WAS A SIGN.. And the owner was mean, And she didn’t want to put the weave in my hair because she didn’t like the color.
