Chloe Nails Lounge

I have to make a review 6 weeks after my gel manicure because it is still almost perfect. Chloe did my nails and prepped them so well that I only have minor chipping on my most used fingers (index and thumb) that appeared within the last week. Would highly recommend going to this nail salon.

I’ve been going to Chloe Nail Salon and couldn’t be happier with the service. Helen does my Pedicure and she’s absolutely amazing — so gentle, talented, and detail-oriented. And Henry, who does Manicure , is the best! Super professional and always makes sure everything is perfect. My nails last for weeks and always look beautiful. Everyone raves about Chloe’s but my experience was a bit disappointing. When I arrived they sat me down quickly (I had an appointment). They took off my gel and put acetone with tinfoil on my nails. Then, the lady stepped away and left it on me for 40 minutes. Definitely not good for your nails or skin, it was so itchy. I tried to remain patient but it was unbearable. I made a comment, but quickly felt bad as I heard around the worker was almost due for maternity leave. I showed an inspiration photo but she didn’t cut them or shape them correctly. I had to keep asking for them to be rounded and shorter which was very awkward. Best in the Bay Area. I’ve been to countless nail salons for everything from dip to gel and gel x. The quality and customer service at Chloe’s has made me a return customer for the last two years. Hannah T is my go to girl, but everyone there is talented. The atmosphere in the spa is warm and friendly, and I’ve enjoyed relaxing in their new massage chairs.

I went to Chloe Nail and had an appointment with Henry, but it was a very disappointing experience. I had heard things about him before, but I wanted to give it a try myself. My appointment was at 3:00 PM, and I arrived at 3:10. His next client was scheduled for 3:45 but came early at 3:30. Henry stopped working on my nails around 3:40 without giving me any explanation. During the entire time, he didn’t ask me even once if I was satisfied with the shape or quality of my nails, or if I needed any adjustments or more filing. He simply stopped and told me to go to another station, without saying why. When I tried to explain what had happened, he didn’t let me talk.
