The place is clean and the staff are nice and friendly. Making an appointment is easy. I’m not trying to hurt a small business, but overall the service felt average. I booked a 90-minute deep-clean facial, but the session lasted barely an hour that including 15 mins you have to wait for the mask. I don’t mind a quicker service if it’s efficient, but I felt there were several areas that could be improved. For example, there was no hot steam used before extractions, which has been standard everywhere else I’ve been. I paid $120 plus tip because the service was completed, but I honestly didn’t feel it was worth the price. Not recommended at all

I bought a Groupon for a 60min facial & 30 min back massage here. April was my masseuse, was very kind, and did a great job! She is very strong. Everything felt clean and comfortable. This is a small, hole-in-the-wall type of place with a few service rooms. They also have a lot of machines for add-ons for facials. For $70 groupon, I definitely recommend checking them out!

I was looking for an affordable deep tissue massage and this spot came recommended by my cousin. I was surprised to find that the tiny store front had quite a few massage rooms. I scheduled an appointment for a deep tissue massage and a facial in the same visit. Both treatments were done in the same room by the same masseuse. My masseuse did a great job on my full body massage. She was petite but strong and kept a consistent firm pressure during the entire time. She did an equally good job on my facial, it was so relaxing that I fell asleep midway through! I highly recommend this spa and will be back for more treatments!

Lashes came off the next day!!!!! My lashes on the right eye fell out by the next day. The full set was applied in less than 30 mins. From then I knew they wouldn’t be good quality. When I called to let the spa know about the missing lashes, they would not be able to give me an appointment until later that week. Unacceptable. I went though Groupon and it was super cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. If you want quality lash extensions that last more than a day this is not the place for you. Don’t waste your time.

Christina wasn't bad. It was a clean place, the staff was pleasant. I However I probably will only go there just becausecI already paid for another set of eyelash extensions. I was really surprised the eyelashes started falling off by the time I made it home. And that was without touching them. I think within a day and a half They looked pretty embarrassing with random gaps and it was very noticeable.. I was disappointed even though the price was discounted it seemed like a lazy job had been done. Also after the adhesive had dried I would have a burning like chemicals that would irritate my eyes. I've had eyelash extentions before and neither of those two things has ever happened before. The rating is mainly for cleanliness and politeness of the staff. I can't really recommend based on qua
