I highly recommend CHIPS salon for anyone who struggles with their hair. I have a mix of curly and wavy hair that is very thick and I have always struggled with how to style and define my curls. I explained to my stylist Onita exactly what problem I have been having and she saved my hair. Not only did she revive my curls but she taught me how to replicate the process and care for my curls on my own. Although this service wasn’t that cheap it was well worth the cost and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I have struggled to find a stylist for my curly hair for years until I found Onita. I will echo everyone else’s reviews about the cleanliness and beauty of the salon. All the staff are so nice and incredibly helpful. Onita also read my mind and was able to describe exactly what I wanted before I even showed her any pictures, she is incredibly intuitive and talented. I left feeling like my hair looked exactly how I hoped it would and had all the volume, shape, and definition I could ever want!

My stellar experience with Chips began with my initial phone call to schedule an appointment. I spoke with both Trisha and Rachel, who went above and beyond to accommodate a time that worked for me. Both were incredibly nice, personable, and enormously helpful. From just scheduling my appointment, I could tell I was about to be in amazing hands. When I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from both Trisha and Rachel, who made me feel more like family than a first time customer. I was also given a tour of the whole facility from Ashli an especially friendly and kind team member there, who is very clearly an expert in all things related to the salon. I had a wonderful experience at Chips. I was trying to get a last minute appointment before my vacation and they were all booked up...THEN I received a call from Rachel and she was able to fit me in the next day. The salon is beautiful, it reminds me of some of the salons in Manhattan. I was greeted warmly by Onita the hairstylist and Tricia, and while my hair was being tended to I had a great conversation with Tricia that made the time pass. Onita was able to put a temporary color in my hair along with much needed treatment and she was also very lovely to speak with while she was doing my hair. I left a very happy customer and will return. I highly recommend!

This was genuinely the best salon experience I've ever had. Having wavy / curly hair, I've had so many bad experiences with haircuts in the past. I spent a lot of time searching for a salon that would fit my needs & had experience with textured hair. Once I found Onita's salon, I knew right away that this was the place I wanted to go to. The second we walked into the salon, we were greeted by Patricia who proceeded to introduce us to both Onita & Donna. Not only that, but she was also kind enough to give us a tour of the entire salon, which is absolutely gorgeous & clean by the way. Onita made sure she knew exactly what I wanted from the haircut before starting anything. She cut my hair dry, which is usually ideal for curly haircuts & she never once rushed to get the job done. She took
