If you're looking for light touching disguised as "deep massage" this is not the place for you. Anna comes in with 20+ years experience and her massage will challenge both your body and mind. At times it can get uncomfortable due to the amount of pressure she puts in but the result is all worth it. You will come out rejuvenated and a new person. Can't wait to go again when I'm in the area!!

This isn’t spa effleurage type of massage. This is traditional pressure point medicinal healing massage for people with chronic pain and want to feel better. I regret only booking a lower Body massage. Anna is the best, I will definitely come back for a whole body.

Anna is an amazing shiatsu practitioner! Make sure to schedule with her in advance as she does not accept walk in’s. She is fluent in Mandarin and if there is any language barrier you can use Google translate! I’ve been seeing her actively for over a year and after multiple surgery’s and different treatments it’s safe to say she’s been a great part of my recovery. I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on what’s needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. I highly recommend.

Pro: When I first got there she told me to point out on the chart where it hurts, I did, but I didn’t tell her what was actually wrong with me. I get on the table and she put pressure on my head, I thought she was going to dig a hole through my scalp, I wanted to jump off the table...She kept on putting pressure on different parts and the gets to my leg and says “oh you have sciatica “ I was beyond impress at that point, I realized she knew what she was doing and let her do her work! I’m not going to lie it hurt but when she was done I felt like a million bucks and my pain level went from like 100% to like 70%... I felt great and I have been in constant pain 24/7 for months! While getting the massage I was thanking God for leading me to Anna so I can finally get some relief from this pain!

If you want to get kneaded like dough and wrung like a towel, Anna is your masseuse. She gave me the best massage I've ever had in my entire life. Be warned: She's not for the faint of heart. I'm 6'3 230 pounds and she made me squirm like I've never felt before....but wow I did I feel amazing after the session. 10/10 highly recommended IF you can handle that sort of pressure. I will be going back to her monthly.
