Chinese Natural Therapy Center

Been here twice now. The place is clean and the massage is good. They have a cooler with water which is great after a massage. That’s pretty much all I look for in massage places :) This isn’t a spa, so all the expensive extras like the ambiance, changing rooms, robes, snacks, tea, zen staff speaking in soothing tones and what not are not a consideration here. But that doesn’t take away form the massage at all. I called 10 min ahead of coming and they had availability both times. 30 min back massage is $35 as of June 2022.

TIPS ARE A PRIVILEGE, NOT A REQUIREMENT!! I went in for the first time, asked for a 30 min massage, first she asked if I could come back in an hour and I said no. They then changed their mind and took me. There was literally no one there, no music, no sound at all. I didn’t hear any other people. They didn’t speak to me at all or ask me what I wanted done or where I was sore or if I had injuries. Then when it was over I was going to make a second appointment and I asked if I could tip on the card bc I didn’t have cash. She said yes. The price was $35 so I tipped $5 to make the bill $40. She was like, can you tip 20%? I was confused and said no and you can forget the next appointment. I hope that $2 was worth losing a customer!

Best massage I’ve ever had. I get massages often for chronic back pain and I can’t say it enough how incredible everyone here it is. It’s a no frills spot but the service and attention they pay to your pain is incredible. I never have to ask, they just know how to find and address every knot, every point of tension, etc. My husband finally went too and said it’s also the best massage he’s ever had. This is now my go to spot, no need for any other massage locations!

I have been going to this place for years. They used to be down the road a little more across from the Burger King I think what fast food place there. Then they moved to this place. Never had a bad experience with them and I’ve known the owner since I’ve been going there maybe over 10 years. I never got an ttitude from him. Usually accommodating when I give him a time I want to come in. If not, then he’ll suggest one. You’re never going to beat the price they have. Everyone has their own experience and opinions but I’m still going there after all these years.

I cannot give them 0 stars unfortunately. I had the worst experience possible. Imagine, you have very busy schedule, you set up an appointment and you drive 30 minutes to get there. After 5 minutes on the table the masseur tells you, that your appointment is not confirmed, your time double booked and you have to leave. Natural Therapy of showing you to the door. You need to get written confirmation from their manager that you have an appointment. But I think the best is to avoid that place at all. There are so many places offering same massage plus excellent service..
