Management is great very welcoming and helpful.... We got a couples massage and each massage therapist was excellent.... Relaxing in exactly what we needed... I highly recommend this spa!

I got scammed. Ive been so stressed lately and unable to sleep that I thought a massage would help, and I've also been wanting a scalp treatment. I found this place online and the reviews were pretty good. I called via phone and booked a 1 hr massage for $50 and a 1 hr scalp treatment for $90 (confirmed 3x). Upon arrival the guy at the front asked if I wanted to add a facial for $10 more, making it $150. I agreed (90+50+10=$150). Fast forward, (scalp treatment did feel really good, even tho I had to listen to a woman go Karen mode because she was forcing her 11 yr old to get a scalp treatment that she clearly did not want because she was uncomfortable and mom insisted on being in the room and the little girl just cried) I digress. When asked to pay he told me $150 only for the head scalp.
