Chinatown Holistic Massage Spa

I’d seen a few reviews saying they’d experienced unprofessionalism here and thought that didn’t matter to me as much as long as the massage was good. Turns out it really made an impact on the massage. I’m quite bummed, as I really needed a massage and was saving up for it. I made an appointment online and when I showed up a couple minutes early to my appointment, no one was there at the desk and they didn’t know I had an appointment. No problem, I tell them what I’m scheduled for and go ahead and pay. They take me to the back room and I wait for the massage therapist for a while. They showed up 5 minutes after my massage was supposed to have started, which I figure is because they didn’t know I had made an appointment. Me and my daughter booked a same day appointment, got right in. VERY nice and professional. I was impressed with the knowledge and quality of the massage and my daughter was too. The 2 ladies there were absolutely amazing and literally one of the best massages me and my daughter have ever had. They incorporated stretching in our massage and traditional chinese methods. We walked in with back aches from a 8hr car ride and walked out PAIN FREE and feeling GREAT. The shop across the hall has great deals too. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Chicago. Conveniently located in Chinatown and easy to find.

The environment was comfortable and pleasant, the service was incredibly attentive, and the masseuse's techniques were very professional. I felt completely relaxed after the massage, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience!

Very nice experience. We went for a 30 min and ended up to 60 min extension. It worth it and best deal. Ask for Lucy and Jenny they are very nice. I went with my husband.

The massage was ok. The room did not have walls just framed out in 2x4s with a cloth covering it. The "wall" didn't reach the ceiling. So the sound traveled through out the office. Not relaxing. The man in the next room had two women with him and the sound of salami being rubbed rapidly could be heard with the women laughing. He sounded happy. Multiple people walked in during our session. My massage therapist barely said a word and couldn't answer basic questions in English. Edit: Forgot to mention the phone calls that interrupted my massage while two people "worked" in the next room.
