These people feel like they are entitled to a tip. When I went to pay they wanted to charge me a 50 % tip. I told her no just $20. She then told me to tip $30. I told her no only $20.00. I should have never tipped at all anything to teach them a lesson. Will not be returning. Dont feel intimidated by them . Tell them NO if they try to push you to tip.

The massage was excellent but when I tipped them (20%) the man gives me a look, grabs my card and charges me $10 (almost 40%). Granted I had a lot of knots so I guess he felt entitled. But you don’t complain when some still offers you well over the minimum. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I just got out of this massage establishment, never going back there again, the guy did an amazing job at the back massage, I asked him to massage my head just for like a minute, and he said I’ll have to charge you for an extra 10 minutes. I said that’s fine whatever. Then after the 10 minutes, I go to check out and he said how much tip, I was like ok and entered my tip and cancelled my transaction and he said no I want more tip - he was so rude and entitled! DONT EVER COME HERE!

I have given these people two chances of massages. They can hardly speak a word of English.. On my second try, I tried hand signals and pointed directly to the spots I needed. It worked on, and they still did not work on those spots. . Before leaving, I asked does anyone here speak English they could not even understand my question … so sad and difficult to understand how you run a business in an American mall and you can’t speak English or you act as if you can’t speak English and then they get angry if you don’t TIP 40-50%%% There was a guy in there that I literally thought was gonna beat me up because I did not give him 40% tip. I gave him a 10% tip and he was totally offended. I guess I don’t understand crappy service = crappy tips.

Not a good massage and they did mot keep personal boundaries. Had to stop the massage and end the service.
