Florence cheated me and refused to make it right. I had gone to her shop numerous times in the past and received decent work. This time, she was an hour late for my appointment and then rushed to get through my hair. She made the twists in the back HUGE and then rushed to put my hair in a bun afterward so that I would not notice. Once I took my hair out of the bun and was spraying my scalp, I realized something wasnt right. I called her and told her that she had done me wrong and she said she ALWAYS makes them big in the back. She told me that my hair is natural and too thick, so she had to make them that big. I told her that my hair has been natural every time I came to her shop before and she told me that it is thicker now than it was before. She used EVERY excuse to explain away her po

I had a great experience here and absolutely love how my braids turned out! She was very efficient with the process and I felt comfortable in the salon. I will definitely be going back for more services in the future!

DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE!!!!! They did terrible lazy work on my hair. If this post comes down I will write another one… I wish I could give them a zero. $230.00 down the drain. She also asked me for a ride home after doing my hair. THE NERVE!!! Please go somewhere else, when I signed in they hadn’t had a client in almost two weeks. Red flag!!! They have no hair to chose from either minimal this place needs to be shut down.
