Im happy to be picked but when I tried to get appointment time the bookings said no taking at this time and to contact them. So I put request to reschedule pick up. I hope I can still get the bike😭

The people at the bike pickup on June 7, 2025, acted like the free bikes were theirs. Giving out the ugliest colors and when asked for a more feminine color was told we can’t switch out bikes. But the next Bike they brought out was a different color. That Was a lie because when we first walked in, they were giving the ugly color to a man and then they switched his out for a feminine color. The lady with the face piercings was loud and seemed off. The white man handed out the bikes seems like he was on something speaking really slow. The lady upstairs doing the bike check in, was very nice as well as bike check out, but thank you for the free bike.

What a great resource for all things green! It's a great resource for professionals or Chicago area consumers and homeowners.. Their Green Tech U is a little know resource. I wish more people took advantage of their certification program. They attract some great speakers for complimentary seminars. That said, it isn't very easily accessible by public transportation. Even driving there it's easy to miss.
