LOVE this place. Everyone is so kind and really do their absolute best to ensure you are relaxing. I appreciate their last moment availability when my work schedule changes last minute and they never rush you. *Bonus: sometimes the owner brings her sweet little dog, who is the best greeter of the salon! I won't go anywhere else!

I originally came in specifically for an acrylic soak-off. When I sat at the table, I wasn’t greeted or spoken to at all—I was simply told to sit down, and the nail technician immediately started working. Instead of filing down the acrylic as part of a proper soak-off, she cut my nails extremely short and began forcefully prying the acrylic off my natural nails. By the second nail, the pain was unbearable. I asked if there was another way to remove them, and she bluntly told me “no.” I explained that I came in for a soak-off and that soaking the nails is an option, but she refused again, stating that it “takes too long.” Rather than performing the service correctly, she continued rushing through the removal. As a result, my nails were left completely bare, thin, and extremely sensitive. Ex

I just recently found this gem of a nail salon! I made an appointment and when I walked in, I was serviced immediately. This shop is smaller but very clean and the staff was very welcoming. Vivi was my mail tech and she did an excellent job with my powder dipped nails. It’s been exactly two weeks and my nails are still in perfect condition without a single chip. I asked for a design on my ring fingers but didn’t have any particular designs in mind. Vivi was very gentle and she did such an elegant hand-painted flower design with amazing attention to detail. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend Chic Nails!

I got a recommendation from a patient saying how amazing they were so I decided to come and check them out. She greeted me with an ear pierced in her ear. She was talking to something through my whole experience. She didn’t agree with what I asked her for in regards to my mani and pedi. I wanted French tips and she was against it due to addition of nail tips. She kept nodding yes when I confirmed I was receiving French manis and I would appreciate it if we could continue with that. Some how….between the gluing of the tips and shaping of the tip it turns into an almond tip. I tell her that is not what I want and she says that it is and that is what I asked for. She ignores me and continues on. As she’s using the dip and color, she misses the edges and I point that to her over and over again
