Chic Lady

Went there yesterday to get my hair for my maternity photos next week. It was Sunday of course and my stylist was off so I didn’t want to bother her. I asked the gentleman “hey I’m getting island twist with boho but I’m not sure where to look or what I’m supposed to get”. His response was “ughh i don’t know either can you call your stylist”. I felt like it was kinda of rude because never have I ever been to hair store and they couldn’t assist you with getting the right hair and the amount of packs you need. Plus he rather have a conversation with a person at the counter the entire time when she wasn’t even buying nothing. It just gave me the vibe that you either don’t need to work at a hair store cause you clearly don’t know how to help people or you just didn’t want to help me. So I walke

I was going to visit BUT after reading all the negative reviews abt RUDE customer service I'll take my $$$ someplace else. Not one time did the "OWNER" take accountability for his rude employee!! Not one time did the "OWNER" even apologize.. is this REALLY a place where ladies want to spend their hard earned money!?

Store was great , woman who helped me with picking out my exstentions was very nice however the two men , were staring at me the whole time acting like I was going to steal something , then chased me out the store and asked me where a toner I had picked up was , so I got out my car and tracked wherever I put the toner in the store , very rude . Won’t be going back . However the woman was very polite and helpful .

I went into that store to see what hair supplies they have and I was asked if I could hurry up and leave so they could wax the floor. It was 930a with the Open sign on. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected besides them not having products I was looking for but I was also interrupted.

Wigs are out dated and over priced. You can go to luvmehair and ashimaury for better quality and cheaper wigs. Staff was nice though.
