My experiences getting my hair done by Phoenix are always amazing!! I have thick hair so finding a stylist that was patient and knowledgable on my hair type was very important for me. Phoenix took the time to learn about my hair goals and she is more than willing to educate on how to reach/maintain them. I always feel comfortable in her chair and walk out the salon feeling new and refreshed. I recently had her give me highlights with my silk press and I am in loveeee. I recently visited Chic Coils Beauty Boutique for a haircut, color and styling, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The salon itself is impeccably clean, stylish, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. (if you’re like me and like an aesthetic environment this salon is for you) My stylist, Phoenix B., was incredibly attentive and took the time to really understand what I wanted. She offered great suggestions that complemented my face shape and hair texture, which I greatly appreciated. The shampoo and conditioning treatment were heavenly, and the scalp massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. A very nice, clean, and quaint beauty salon located in a very nice area of Whitehall. The stylist "Candace" was very personal and professional to my needs. A shampoo and crown-rolls style! Perfect style to wrap up the summer!

I have come here twice to get knotless braids for my daughter. I love that the service is complete: wash, deep condition, blow out, and style! Candace is the braider. She is gentle and quick! Braids come out neat and lasted nearly 2 months without needing any touch up. Worth every penny . She’s a delight and the owner is as well . They are both professional and accommodating when it comes to scheduling!

Attached are the screenshots from my conversation with one of the stylists at this salon. I booked my appointment on January 6th for February 8th. This style was, as said in the screenshots, for my birthday and valentine’s day. After cancelling my appointment an hour before I was scheduled to come in (even though I booked over a month in advance), I was offered very minimal resolution and even when I asked to rebook, I received no reply. I understand that she wasn’t feeling the best, but the customer service was lacking in my opinion. Her work looks great, however this was a very sour experience for me.
