Chic Beauty Supply

I normally go into this store and get what I need with no problem. However today I went into the store and went up to the first register where there stood a black dark completion woman with a rag on her head and ear bugs in her ears. I spoke and she looked at me and said nothing so I repeated myself, still no greeting. I asked her a question and she snapped with a nasty attitude. I left went found someone to take my money after I found my product. They say one bad Apple don’t spoil the hold bunch but one bad apple will. I’m a business owner and will never accept my staff giving this customer service and I certainly want accept it. I likely want ever return to this store so that I never run into her again. Who ever owns this store needs to check their staff. One bad nasty attitude spoil

I have no problem everything has been great love this hair store

2 for good product selection. 0 for how uncomfortable i was shopping w the older asian lady watching me & my sister like a hawk w a uninviting look on her face. we immediately left & not even a minute after a family walked out stating she was the same way. you can’t have a business targeted for our demographic, while also being unwelcoming towards people of said demographic.

I love this store. It is always clean friendly staff even the owner is very friendly and active within the store. I have never had issues with any items hair, nor customer service here. They even have up to date clothing options to choose from. The point system for discounts is also a must have here at this store. I would not go anywhere else. ❤️
