I absolutely loved my experience here , had a great tech , she was only concerned about me and how I was . Took extra time on going over my feet to make sure they were perfect! Without me asking .. I would have giving 5 stars but I’m still waiting for a pedicure place that has a soothing spa like environment, waterfall, plants, soothing music ..etc but it was a good day here

I've only been going to this place for 2 or 3 months and I had 3 separate incidents already. Two times my gel polish bubbled a few hours after my appointment, into a million little hard bubbles on my nails. Not a good look. I also tried dip, and it turned into this weird gritty matte texture instead of smooth and shiny. I was on a packed schedule that day, but had to turn around to fix it ASAP because it looked so bad. Twice I had to go back to fix these things (very inconvenient) and won't be going back after this third time it happened. They don't look to see if they used a bad UV light or product, or maybe their technique is off. They don't care. They don't even apologize. I can chalk up most customer service mistakes to human error but when this is happening 50% of the time and they do

My first time experience was perfect. I went with my daughter, sis & mother-in-Law. Very relaxing tone and they are straight with the pricing from the very beginning. They even wear traditional clothing that perfectly sets the environment. Love this place will continue to go. My pedicure was amazing. Hot rocks included for simple pedicure only $27 total.

This was my first time getting my nails done from this place. I just wanted a basic gel polish. At first I was happy with the finish but then 3 days later, it started peeling. Seriously? I’ve been trying my best to keep my polish on and not let come off completely. I’m so scared to do anything because I feel like my polish can come off any time and it is only the 5th day today! It’s definitely not gonna stay for two weeks. I need to get it removed now before it all comes off on its own.

I am Very transparent and truthful individual. Sometime when you go into the nail shops they're not very welcoming especially if you don't know exactly what you want I don't think they purposely do it I think sometimes they just don't know how to engage and conversation especially of different backgrounds so it can seem very unfriendly but Cherry nails was very accommodating and also very hospitable that goes a long way with me as a pastor of a church and also ethnic diversity. Ty 4 reading. I didn't mind tipping generously with good services. Thank you Cherry nails I'll be back!!!
