I took 3 buses to get to the store. I made sure to check what time they closed each day to ensure that I had ample time to shop. I arrived 40 minutes before they were set to close that evening but found the door locked. The lights were on and open sign still illuminated. More so I could see an employee walking around the store. Rightfully so, I began knocking to get in as the store was supposed to be open.To my utter dismay and shock the girl looks at me and proceeded to continue roaming and purposely ignored me. I attempted to call the store with no luck either. As I waited for the bus I saw the girl exit the store and lock the door. Confused and upset I asked her why she had locked the door earlier and ignored me when the store was supposed to be open. She lied claimed that it was and ha

I dropped by to browse around but immediately felt like i was being watched. It’s a two person staff with one behind the register and the other standing in the center watching or i guess waiting to help. She followed my first few steps around the store. The vibe was just weird. Also, very limited selection and hair prices are at least $20-30 more than usual. I recommend diversifying your product stock and asking the ladies to not make it so obvious they’re watching customers.

Helpful and they have just about anything you need

I gave the beauty supply 4 stars just because of its size. However, they have A LOT of hair and wigs. A decent collection. They also have whipped Shea butter which I’ve actually been looking for. I went in to get some braiding hair which was 20% more than another beauty supply store further from my house. When I mentioned that I would just go to another beauty supply store Kia the sales associate without hesitation advised she will match the price. I think that was great to keep a customer who will definitely be back. She stated I shouldn’t have to go to a further beauty supply and she would advise her boss. Most people miss the concept of securing a customer this day of age. I was really satisfied with the accommodation.
