I really hate to give them a bad review but I have to be honest. So I was getting my hair done the same day and didnt have time to order a lace frontal from Amazon so had to go into the store to purchase one. I did go to another store first that didnt have the size I needed so I decided to go to this store. As always they are nice but their prices are crazy expensive and frontal that a purchased for 200.00 was horrible. My stylist could tell it was bad as soon as she wet it, it already has big bald spots, my stylist had to attempt to add sew in hair to make it thicker but it didn't work. I didnt attempt to return it since they have a all sales final sign posted so I knew it was no need to go back and try to get my money back. I had a very upsetting experience at the wig store I purchased a wig it was supposed to be red they gave me a blackish colour and in speaking with young the owner he said I could exchange it I said I got it a week or so ago I said but I don't live in a Rock Hill area take me a while to get back he said that was fine I had the receipt w tag on it. When I got to the store the person Sharon and Mr.Young were cursing droping the F-bomb, saying I couldn't exchange it yelling. What a very horrifying experience.

I normally do not shop at the store after a previous experience but today I was in that area so I decided to stop by and boy what an experience. I was greeted when I walked in and it felt like a different atmosphere. After seeing two young ladies that I'm able to relate with, they are very courteous, very knowledgeable of the products that were in the store and provided me with excellent customer service. The lady who checked me out and who was very helpful. Her name was Sonia. Show out to her for providing me with a wonderful experience and as long as she's working at this location I will be back to shop.

Extremely rude owner. I came to the store about 15 mins before closing and checked out 5 minutes before closing. After I seen my total. I said can you remove two things. She said you’re wasting my time, I ignored her and she kept going on and I asked her if she was high because how are you upset that I don’t want to spend $100. I didn’t want to even give my business to her but i needed the stuff. I’ll never be back here. She was truly mad because I didn’t spend a large amount of money. I still spent $75.
