Chen's Nails and Spa

I've been coming here with my mom for a couple of years now, and we love it !!! We have never been disappointed with our treatment here. And our nails always look amazing 👏🏼!!!

I am so disappointed with this place. My regular lady for dip powder was booked and saw that Chen’s had really great reviews so I was excited to try them out and when I initially left I was so happy! My nails looked so good! It wasn’t until NOT EVEN a week later, literally on day 5 where two of my nails had chipped. I went back and they fixed it, but literally the next day that same nail chipped again. The pictures I showed are of not even 2 full weeks, they’re of 11 days after to be exact. 5 of my 10 nails have fully chipped (and they’re my real nails). I’ve gotten dip at other places before and it lasts at least 4 weeks before even chipping. I’m just so upset with this place because I spent $50 for nothing. I will not be going back and do not recommend this place for dip powder.

What a hidden Gem, was in the neighborhood running some errands. Decided, I would get a pedi around the neighborhood and Google and found this location. Walk in, and luckily was able to sit down for a pedicure with no appointment. Every was clean and everyone was very welcoming.

I went to this salon on Sunday, as I made an appointment to try it out since it's right down the street from my house. I saw that it had good reviews and was excited to try it out. I will admit I brought my 4month old, bad idea on my part, hut I didn't have anyone to watch her and I was getting my nails done for her baptism. She was not a happy camper during the appointment and probably upset the 3 woman in the Salon. For that I deeply apologize. As for my nails I wanted a French tip using a lilac color with a design on my ring finger, I was not given that, due to I believe the techs frustration for my infant, I can understand. It is now Tuesday evening and my nail completely came off, as to say I'm not happy would be obvious. I'm not one to usually write reviews but this just upset me

I felt rushed. One was doing my feet while other was doing my nails, its not like they had to take anything off. Gems came off after 3 days. Didn't bother to go back since gems will probably come off again and I'm sure they will charge me if I get something different. So ur really not fixing anything if theirs a charge.
