I came in with an inspo photo asking for minimal damage and a brown color, and left devastated. Jessica put me through 4–5 rounds of toner/gloss with multiple washes that left my hair dry, red, patchy, and uneven — with blonde still showing. She barely checked on me while juggling other clients, and I left without even a blow dry. The owner has since reached out to offer a correction, but my 2nd experience was awful and left me in tears and now I’ll have to further put my hair through damage to correct it and waste my time. Update: I went back for a correction, but the original toner couldn’t be lifted. My hair is now drier, with more split ends, and the color is still wrong. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Andrew! He’s super friendly and easy to talk to, and I really appreciate how much time he spends on the consultation - asking questions, listening to what I’m going for, and offering helpful suggestions that actually make sense for my hair. The entire experience feels thoughtful and relaxed. The salon itself is beautiful - modern and chic but never pretentious - and everyone there is welcoming. I also love that I can book online (so convenient!). And the results? Gorgeous haircut and blowout. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. My stylist was amazing! Before I came in, I was dealing with grow out from a botched hair cut that happened almost a year ago, and she was able to take the messed up layers and blend/cover them to make my new hair cut look amazing. She was super knowledgeable and really took her time to make sure I was happy with the result.

Kailyn was fabulous with my 16 year old son and his crazy curly textured hair. This was her first time to cut his hair and she took the time to figure out how his hair worked and also what he wanted. She didn’t rush. She was patient. This is the best his hair has looked in a long time!!!

I stopped by here while in Shreveport for work, and I am so glad I did! This salon is very nice with lovely and helpful staff. Amiah was my stylist, and she did an amazing job on my haircut! She really listened to what I wanted, and took her time making sure it looked good. If I am back in town, I will definitely be returning!
