Cheers - A Neighborhood Salon

I had a fabulous facial today at Cheers. Kelsey accommodate my complicated skin type and provide an actual relaxing experience. The salon is so cute!

Very poor communication with one of the stylist's. I had a consultation regarding a cut. At the end of our conversation, I had a feeling that she did not want to commit to giving me a cut. Which would of been fine, if she would of just come out and said so, instead of playing games. She asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment, which told me that she was Ok and understood our conversation. As it ended up, I needed to reschedule my appointment. I called the next day 2x's with no reply, and the next day I sent a text, and another text to appointment number. I got a text from the appointment number, saying that stylist would get back with me. I booked an appointment with Emily! I have special needs for some vestibular issues and she was very compassionate, and accommodating. I showed her a few pictures and she colored my hair so well! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend her and I will be back!

Absolutely loved our experience here! My daughter got a fantastic cut ( which she said was her favorite ever) & I got my bangs trimmed up perfectly. The salon is so adorable and clean. Great new addition to the Silver Beach neighborhood. Lynette listened to exactly what my daughter requested and nailed it. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

asked for an extremely simple haircut lady then proceeded to mess up the length horribly then failed to line up the back of my head as well as sides, after the haircut i got charged 80 bucks unbelievable.
