We had an amazing experience getting toddler’s first haircut with Hector! Scheduling was a breeze and everyone we interacted with was so friendly. On the big day, toddler decided to do what toddlers do and not go down without a tearful fight. But Hector came in calm and kind, with bubbles at the ready to distract. He spoke so sweetly and was a magician with scissors on a small, moving target. The haircut looks fantastic! Thank you for taking such good care of us. We’ll see you next time!

Chatham Hair Stylists is a traditional barber shop (barber pole included) but with a modern touch. Located right off Main Street with generous 2 hour free public parking in the lot behind. They now accept appointments which eliminates waiting and is particularly convenient for me since I am only able to get there on the weekend. You'll get to know Hector, the proprietor, as soon as you walk in. He seems to know everyone in town and you'll soon enjoy talking to him too. (He's an expert on sports by the way.) He keeps the shop in great shape and continually upgrades both the barber chairs and the seating if you need to wait. He pays attention to your needs whatever your style. He's also great with children and families. Highly recommended.

Very good haircut at a very good price! Hector has mad skills plus he’s a real professional - he’s always on time and runs a very clean shop. He’s a very nice man and a great conversationalist. The time flies by when I’m in his chair. I’m glad I found him.

First thing I'll write is that this is my younger son's favorite place, actually his only place where he likes to get his haircut. I appreciate that Hector always engages with him (just turned 13) in sports talk, which I think is what makes it so cool for him to go there. From my end, I always get the cut that I was looking for, have a nice conversation and leave with a smile.
