Walked in this morning no Good morning..Buenos Dias..NADA.asked for Charo she was not there. Staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming! Beware

I have been coming to this salon for 2 years and I absolutely love getting my hair done. I am natural with a texture of 3C to 4A. My wash n sets usually last me 3 weeks with proper care on my end with minimum heat. Thank you ladies for continuing to work turning these times. It is always cleaned and I feel while getting my hair done.

The owner Charo is so sweet and appreciative. She is the only stylist who is careful and gentle with hair. The other staff use too much heat and damage hair. So beware!!!

50 whole dollars to just blow dry my hair? No wash, no rollers just blow dry.... I find this outrageous. I walked into the salon and was seated and waited approximately 15 minutes to be serviced eventough the whole place was empty and about 4 employees sitting in the chairs. My hair looks nice, but I thought a few times to get up and leave. Not nice!

I’ve gone to this salon on and off for years. Customer service was never the greatest and it’s a shame to say that it’s only gotten worse over time. Two weeks ago, I got my hair done here and I had a very unpleasant experience. From the beginning, the woman who “greeted” me—her name was Anazaria—was very nasty, instructing me to sign a book. That turned me off and I almost walked out right then, but then another lady quickly came and to wash me. I had to tell that lady to get inside the middle of my scalp because she was just washing the back and sides. That’s insane to me. I shouldn’t have to tell you (a trained professional) how to wash my hair. Beyond that, the price for a wash & set, condition, trim, and flat iron ran me $80, excluding tip. Oh and they charge you to flat iron. Ultimate
