Charms Got Nails

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here since 2019. The owner is super sweet and very kind. There is not one design no matter how complicated that she does not knock out the park, her design skills are addicting so beware, you’ll literally come back week after week with something new to test her skills and she will never disappoint. Hannah always does my toes and I get super crazy with special designs. My work schedule, school schedule and mom schedule is always so hectic and I am able to text her and she find a way for me every time. The music and vibe are always relaxing and in point. Ben is so good at nails, he keeps getting better and better and Hannah is always patient with me while I select the color for my toes. I really feel like the service is so worth what I pay whe

I had 2 different techs. I didn't get the guy's name. He put my gel x on, and a couple are not straight. I asked him about them and he said don't worry I'll shape it. That didn't fix it. The amount of glue under the nail is kind of insane. Luckily he had Kristy finish and she was wonderful! Her attention to detail is amazing and she was so sweet and really made me feel comfortable asking for what I wanted. Thank you Kristy! Update: Came back to get the gel x removed and got a manicure with dip. Ben was my tech and he was awesome. He had a silly sense of humor that put me at ease and he did a great job on my manicure. I'll definitely be back!

I wanted French tip on my nails but after several times of trying & them coming out sloppy we decided to just get a color. Then the nail tech got rough with me snatching my hand and I had to ask her to stop. I really hate complaining & I even tipped them. So I was very disappointed when I looked closer at my nails and noticed how bad they look. I could have did a better job myself. Got my nails done yesterday morning and this is the next day.

Very clean, well lit and organized nail salon. Staff is very friendly and not pushy. Huge variety of polish colors, designs and different powders. Highly recommend! ATM inside. Tip is cash only.

My husband and I went asked if they accept walk ins, they sat us right away. I wanted a simple pedi and a gel mani. My husband got a pedi. Lady doing my pedi kept pushing me to do more than a simple pedi, I even said I am ticklish. She kept insisting I finally said yes. It was supposed to include a massage on legs, which was running hands up and down the calves. My mani was rushed and the lady that did it forgot that I had paid for hand massage, she did it after my gel nails were done. She rushed rubbed the hand scrub and wiped it off with towels. I got home to wash my hands since they were so sticky. They were so interested in their own conversation and not paying attention to the paying customer. The lady that did my husband's pedi cut 3 of his toes on the sides. Needless to say firs
