WORST SERVICE EVER. I asked Hola Lam (station #9, claimed she’s the owner) if the nails I wanted were easy and she said yes. That was a lie. The nail shape came out bulky, uneven, and sloppy. When I asked her to fix them, she yelled at me and said she would do it later. When it came to the design, she said she couldn’t do a simple heart shape the way I requested. Instead of fixing her mistakes, she told me, “If you don’t like it, I’ll cut them off.” Completely rude and unprofessional. I only let her finish because I didn’t want my time wasted even more. Huge mistake. This was a waste of time and money and the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Do not recommend. If i could give 0 stars I would.

I use to go here all the time. I really loved this place, but after tonight we won’t be back. Their eyebrow service is always great so if that’s all you’re getting than sure but nails..? overpriced, and not done well anymore. I brought my 10 year old in with me for a mom daughter date and all we wanted was Christmas nail polish designs- no gel, no uv light. They still tried to use UV on my child and even protested when I said NO and also tried to lie at the beginning of the service that the only way we could get the design we wanted is if we chose gel. When we said we’ll go somewhere else they came out to the parking lot and said they would give us what we wanted. The design was not great. I could have done it better myself. I love going here to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. I only go to one person and that is Cindy! She’s amazing at what she does and does an amazing job! She also does phenomenal nails as well. If you are going to get your eyebrows done, go to Cindy. No one else there does it better than her!

I got my nails and toes done they did them so well this is going to be my new favorite spot and for both it wasn’t expensive at all but you have to call ahead of time perfect for my birthday

Customer service, rescheduled 2xs in one week. Then, I did not reschedule. I had to find another salon. I pay you my money, not the other way around. The convenience is for the customer, not the salon staff. Schedule correctly. Wishing a good 2026.
