Charming Nail & Skin Care

I got my nails done just two days ago, and one of them already broke. When I went back to get it fixed, they charged me $10 — which I think is ridiculous considering how recently I had them done. On top of that, the gel polish on another nail was already chipping, and another one was starting to lift. Instead of being understanding or taking responsibility for the poor quality, they insisted I pay again to fix their work. To make matters worse, they require customers to bring their own nail file and buffer — otherwise, they charge you an extra $3 to buy one from them. It feels so money-driven and unwelcoming. Honestly, I would rather they just include that in the service price instead of nickel-and-diming customers for every little thing. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappoint

I went in for gel nails. Sue had an eye for detail, with every angle of the nail form. Very happy with my nails! Thank you Sue!

Got a gel mani for the first time here and this will definitely be my go-to nail salon. Owner is nice and tries to make your nails look nice and even. They don’t have a million nail colors to choose from but I usually get a basic color so that didn’t bother me. Discount if you pay with cash so recommend to do that. A lot of people were getting the pedicures so I want to come back and get one !

I have been going here for years. Love the people, so friendly, and the service is amazing. They do a great job and go out if their way to be sure you are happy before you leave. So highly recommend this place!
