I have been going to see Jess forever. I have followed her to every location she was doing hair at before establishing Charmed by Jess. She is amazing, literally one of the only people I will even let touch my hair! She is so kind and caring. I've recommended so many people to come see her and their hair always turns out amazing! If you haven't gone to Jess, you haven't had a proper haircut!
Love her, she listens and gives you the color and style you want.
