The place looks nice and the girls are friendly. I am, however, a bit upset about my gel manicure. I walked in with a specific reference photo and my artist convinced me she could achieve the look with chrome. I believed her despite originally coming in for ombré. The result is so far from what I wanted. She also made my cuticle bleed so much that she had to glue it back down, and didn't even mention anything to me about it or apologize. At the end of the manicure, there was still a bunch of nail dust all over me, didn't clean up underneath my nails at all. I didn't want to be difficult in the chair but this was sooooo not worth the price.

This is way overdo but they were able to take me super last minute and 10/10 experience! Everyone there was so sweet, they honestly treated me like family and went above and beyond to ensure my walk in photo matched my expectations, trying 3-4 options before committing. I’m so happy I found my salon! If you’re looking for a clean, talented and comfortable experience, these are your people!!! Thank you!

Charme Nails is such a cute spot. The space is super aesthetic and felt really clean and calm the entire time. The staff was so friendly and the overall vibe was quiet and relaxing, which I loved. I went in on a Sunday and had Ella do my hard gel manicure and I’m honestly obsessed. She was so patient and detail oriented and my nails came out looking so clean and polished. My cuticles aren’t irritated at all which is rare for me, and everything just looks perfect. I’d absolutely come back and would 100% recommend this spot if you want a beautiful, high quality manicure in a peaceful space.

Fantastic nail salon with great quality and exceptional service. Mary rocked my Gel-X mani and Rita put extra time and attention into my pedicure. The salon has great vibes, like a retreat or spa in the heart of Ventura Blvd. Highly recommend!!
