Charme and Cheveux

I have been going to Charme and Cheveux for almost 6 years now! I have had amazing experiences getting my hair done, along with their manicure and pedicure services! They always find time to squeeze me to get my hair done when I am in the area and are very accommodating when I have a last minute cancellation. I will never forget when they took me the day of prom within an hour to do a fresh blowout, mani and pedicure within an hour! Noel Monroe has been my hairdresser for as long as I can remember and I don't trust anyone else with my hair at this point. He knows exactly what I want and does a fantastic job every time. Had an upsetting experience today at Charme and Cheveux. Over the phone, we had requested two pedicures at the same time, and even verified they would be able to take us both at the same time. We also told them we didn’t have a preference for a technician. Shortly after we arrived, they explained that they would have to take us one after the other as we had been scheduled for the same technician, but when we said that was not what we had requested, they said we would be taken about 10 minutes apart. They took one of us back 10 minutes later, and 15 minutes after that, I was still waiting. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told only 5 more minutes. Kimmy is amazing and the shop is beautiful and clean. I have thick, wavy, difficult hair (especially in this heat) and Kimmy made it look healthy and beautiful. Great cut, I LOVE the color and I love the shops vibe. My teenage daughter was impressed and had me make an appointment for her too.

I went for the first time and I loved the entire experience. I called a couple hours before and they were very accommodating and were able to fit me in. The entire staff was welcoming and nice. The entire space is very clean and pretty. My stylist Rey listened to what I wanted and did such a lovely job. Will definitely be going back !

Fantastic inviting atmosphere! Best color by Kerri! A true artist! And a fabulous manicure! I love love love my hair and nails! I highly recommend this salon, you will not be disappointed.
