Edited: January 11, 2026 At the owner’s request, I called the nail salon to discuss the issue. The owner stated that because I had already paid, a refund was not possible and claimed I should have complained sooner despite the fact that I was injured while still in the salon. This explanation is unreasonable, as payment does not negate a customer’s right to raise concerns, especially when injuries occur. The owner ultimately said there was “nothing he could do,” refused further discussion, and hung up. I have evidence of the injuries, receipt, and timeline, and I attempted to resolve this calmly. The way this was handled shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I strongly advise others to Be CAUTIOUS and CAREFUL when thinking about coming here!! 0 stars if I could is wh

Do NOT come here even if it’s your last option place is very dirty plus seating only has 4 chairs for waiting while the sun hits you hard from the window. I would give this place no star whatsoever. My wife & her grandmother came to get services along with my two daughters. They hurt my wife really bad and the guy who was working on her nails proceeded to laugh instead of apologizing to her for cutting her breaking skin with his tools. Guy in front offered me a drink which I agree to recieve after I finished my beverage I asked for another drink and he said sorry “NO more for you” I asked why he said because only wife and family getting services. I was lost for words every nail salon place we’ve gone to always keeps bringing all sorts of snacks and beverages. I’ve never been denied a bever

I absolutely recommend this nail salon. It was my first time here and I was extremely happy with the service. Linda did my pedicure and it was amazing!!! If you’re thinking about a pedicure or a full set, make sure to come here to Charm Nails bar. I use to go to the nail salon by T-Mobile and I was very disappointed with the service and my nails, so glad Charm finally opened. This will be my go to from now on. Close and convenient and each one of them are very nice and professional.

They don’t listen to what you want and even when showed a picture of my own nails they still didn’t do as wanted. Please teach your nail techs not to make French tips so thick or pay attention to what the younger generation likes. Also, the nail tech complained that I wanted nail design on all my nails. They charge $35 extra for design so yes put it on all my nails. This is what I get for betraying my home based nail girl. For medium almond shaped French tip heart design I paid $95. I still paid and didn’t complain because the nail tech still needs to get paid for their time. But maybe this is some feedback to provide.

I visited Charm Nails Bar for the first time today, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! The entire staff were so kind. Nina did an amazing job with my full set; her attention to detail was great. Nam did my pedicure and provided a relaxing service. Plus, Destany was fantastic with my daughter, making her feel special while polishing her hands and toes. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a wonderful nail service!
