Charm: Hair, Nails & Much More

Erin is my girl, past 3 years! Does my (gel) nails fun and creative every time. I RARELY have any problem with longevity and I am very hard on my nails! I give her a rough idea of what I want and she runs with it, usually surpassing my idea. Messaged me on my birthday with her own idea (pictured) which ROCKED. All the ladies there ARE charming. It is a fun, sweet salon that works hard and is always helpful and pleasant. Candice <3

I’m very happy with my experience at Charm. Adrianna did a super job on my color and on my husband’s haircut. She took the time to understand what we wanted. The staff were all very friendly, and the salon is a clean, pleasant environment. I highly recommend Charm!

I so enjoy my stylist Gay Picket. This is a full service salon with 5 stylists. Walk ins are always welcome but I prefer scheduled appointments for myself. All of the stylists are friendly and very knowledgeable. Gay is a Vietnam Veterans wife with loads of responsibilities but she always finds the time to schedule me in. That is why I have been with her for over 3 years.

WARNING Went to get my hair colored 2 colors by Adriana. She did not use foil, or heat to set the color. I asked her why she didn’t use foil and she said I like doing it this way…. The next day I returned for a manicure and pedicure which took 4 1/2 hrs to do. She said they don’t do acrylic nails but can do gel nails. She said they last longer. In less than 24 hrs the first nail came off and the rest were gone within 6 days. But the worse was that after my hair was done 10 days later the color was almost completely gone. I had told her ahead of time what color my hairdresser at home uses and it last 6 weeks. I did not shampoo more than twice and used cool water and color treated hair shampoo. So.. I called to inform her of color loss and was told she would call me back. She didn’t ca
