Wonderful place in a great little town. We just moved to the area and had the pleasure of meeting Andrea who made my wife's day with a great cut and style. She felt so comfortable with her and the shop that she immediately scheduled my haircut with Andrea. I am truly satisfied with the cut and the service and will continue visiting and promoting it.

Andrea helped me out so quickly when I was in a pinch. She was very empathetic to my situation and made the best of what I came in with. I can not say enough about her. (May too) thank you ladies for the outstanding service and for helping me out!

I’ve tried other salons in Gilmer. Charm listened to what I wanted and cut my hair the way I have been wanting for the past two years and couldn’t get anyone to do! Mae was amazing. It’s high time for another visit…

Nice Place. Debbie cuts my hair here. She's very nice and remembers my cut even though I came in with Covid-hair. (long and messy) She has been very accommodating from a time perspective. She helps me out by giving me an early cut time, so that I can get more in during the mornings. A couple of years ago, close friends of ours recommended her to my wife and I and we have never regretted it.

I love going to the Charm. The ladies there are great! Debbie Ritter has been doing my hair for years & she is awesome. Always a pleasant atmosphere & they are good about charity work!
