Lili is absolutely amazing! She did my hair color and it turned out stunning. Her attention to detail and creativity are impressive. And Judi is a genius with her Russian manicure and pedicure skills - my nails have never looked better! Alex, the owner, keeps me caffeinated with the most delicious coffee - it's the perfect touch! The team at Charm Beauty Salon is so friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend!

Alex provided me with a wash and trim. He seems like a nice person, with some 'interesting' views and the conversation was relaxed and flowed nicely whilst he was washing and trimming my hair. The trim itself was underwhelming and whilst I definitely told him to go easy with the trim and cut as little as possible, I'm not sure that he actually even 'dead-ended' my hair properly. The only part that there was a visible difference was my bangs which he really cut too short! I was also surprised at how Alex tried to style my hair in general as I even went into the salon with my hair 'done' nicely so that he could see how I like to wear my hair - parted in the center and straight - and yet he tried to part my hair to the side and give me waves initially. Finally, he didn't dry my hair complete

I had an amazing experience today at Charm Beauty Lounge in West Palm Beach! Liliana did my haircut, color base, and balayage, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. She is incredibly talented, patient, and detail-oriented. She took the time to explain the process, made sure I was comfortable, and delivered exactly what I wanted. My hair looks fresh, healthy, and beautifully blended — I’m truly in love with the result! Even though Liliana has only been at the salon for a short time, her professionalism and skill absolutely stand out.
