I previously took a course in 2021 that ended up being invalid. The instructor was not licensed to teach in the state of Virginia. All the time I dedicated meant nothing. I was discouraged to say the least and just moved on to the next thing in life. I was introduced to the owner and decided to go on board with her program. Ms. Charlene grabbed my hand and literally never let it go. I told her about the situation I had and she taught and mentored me to the fullest. Every piece of information given to me was necessary for success. There was literally no way I could fail. She worked with me and pushed me to do my absolute best. Why am I sitting here in the parking lot @ 11:12a.m. and the doors are locked, no lights on with hours of operation on the glass stating Sunday 11am - 5pm??? Wasted my gas and time coming here!!! 😡

I walked in to try the place due to high ratings on 8/25 and I am very pleased with the results. The music was chill atmosphere was pleasant and the entire team was friendly. Both techs were very thorough and the skin care/and products during both my mani and pedi were top notch. I love the scrub they used. The attention to detail was phenomenal. I loved how my french was done. It looks brand new a day later and the underside of the tips were left very clean and smooth. My feet felt wonderful upon leaving and i love the color and way they just sparkle in the light. I would recommend either of the techs I had and would definitely come see either of them again. Wonderful, kind, professional staff. Met the fantastic owner too. Really great atmosphere and decor.. Had a set of gel nails removed, and manicure. If you you've never been here, give it a try. So glad my daughter found this place. Can't wait to get my haircut next visit.
