I highly recommend Charlie’s Angels Salon. Mrs. D is amazing at her craft and truly takes the time to listen to her clients. Every visit, I’ve felt welcomed, heard and genuinely cared for. Nice staff, however, I asked for the hair cut in the 1st 2 photos. As you can see in the last 2 photo's it's Not the same hairstyle. I didn't make a fuss because of who I am. Im adding an additional comment due to the reply I received. I had a head full of hair and the hairstyle I received is uneven and now im left with no hair. Amd all I got was have a nice day as a reply and sorry for your experience. Unbelievable never would I refer anyone here.

I have visited many times but this is the most disappointing. I had a lot of new growth so I came in for a color retouch for only my roots to be lightened to match the rest of my hair. The stylist used box dye on my hair that didn’t achieve the desired blonde because it didn’t process all the way through. I complained about the 3 different blondes in my hair, starting from the roots which was orange, the mid shaft was platinum, the ends were golden blonde, and my hairline was dark black even after the owner told the stylist to retouch my edges and hairline because he overlooked them. They were trying to convince me that it looked good but I was paying for my hair to be ALL ONE COLOR. I didn’t care about the price of lightener as long as the service is being done right. Messed my hair right on up for me. I could have done that at home myself. When the universe talks you listen. When the ATM by my apartment was out of service I should have went back home and did my hair myself. I have burns from the relaxer, burns from the flat iron, burns from the spritz. As soon as I got in the car I took them tracks out and went down to the beauty supply store and got a wig. When I got home I cut ALL of my hair off. Next time I’ll listen to the universe when it tells me to go back home. Wigs it is! I’ll never be go back there! Update: No one told me to not wash my hair. Ms.D NEVER asked if I washed my hair until AFTER I told her that the relaxer was burning. She was so focused on the person that she fired. I will NEVER spend money at a black establishment ever again!

Amazing experience. Will be back was riding by & seen a sign say salon I did a U-turn the owner recommended me to Anera. I got a very good wash & she also steamed my hair I was shocked that they even used it She pressssed my hair chile I meant to do my review over the weekend but I got caught up. I can honestly say I will be back
