I love this place! I have been a client of Tina’s for several years, and I can confidently say that the entire staff is exceptional and provides outstanding services. Tina has been instrumental in maintaining the health and beauty of my natural nails through the use of Dip. Every time I leave the salon, I am consistently complimented on the appearance of my nails, which is a testament to the high quality of the services provided. I’ve been coming to Charlestown nail and spa for 3 years now, and I can attest that this is the best salon in the Boston area. Tony takes great care of my real nails using the dip application.The staff are amazing, nice, and professional. More importantly, they have become family to me since moving from Mississippi.

The staff does a great job on nails. They also let you pay with credit cards and tip with Venmo. They add a little extra to the pedicure with a hot stone massage, a hot wrap, and leg massage. I hate getting my nails done but surprisingly I am relaxed here. There is 2 hour parking on the same street as well.

This nail salon? A whole luxury experience with a sprinkle of sass — 100/100, no cap! The staff treated me like royalty (minus the crown), and every detail was on point. My nails? Baby, they didn’t just slay — they hosted a red carpet moment on my hands. The vibe was classy, the place was spotless, and the color selection? Let’s just say I almost cried picking just one. If you want your hands to look expensive and your soul to be happy, this is the place. Full marks, zero drama. I’m obsessed!

Please save yourself time and money and don’t go here. I went in for a regular acrylic set and it took 2.5 hours, longer than usual but it’s fine. However after five days my middle finger nail chipped off (I believe it was caused by the under nail being left hollow from the acrylic build). Then my thumb nail chipped off as well after 2 weeks. This has never happened with any other sets done elsewhere, so I am very disappointed. Side note but my friend got regular gel set and got chrome added and was not informed of the high $ increase it would cause, she basically paid more than what I paid for an acrylic set.
