The owner is a wonderful lady who took great care of me when I was suffering from tennis elbow and shoulder pain. Normally, I visit my regular massage therapist, but I needed a last-minute appointment, and she was available to help me. She was very attentive and focused specifically on the areas that needed work. I really appreciated her approach and would definitely return to her for another session and recommend her to others.

You all this place is a hidden gem! It’s so cute and unique. Beyond the cleanliness, Helen is absolutely incredible. She radiates pure joy. My body is usually tense by default, but something about Helen and the atmosphere she’s created made me feel completely safe and cared for. Without even trying, I found myself letting loose and actually feeling the full effects of the massage. It was wild, in the best way. I’ll definitely be back!

It was my first time visiting Sophie's spa and it was clean, inviting and so comfortable. I came for a last minute massage and Body scrub after work. I work in an office and always have back and should pain. She was very attentive and checking in on me. It was my first time getting a full body scrub and I loved it! My skin felt so soft and smooth afterwards. She has a shower so you can get clean again after the scrub. I can't wait to visit again! 😍

Omg I went here for the first time today since I am down here until monday. I wanted to try a spa but didn't want to go to far from my hotel room. I had found this place on line and let me tell you I feel awesome. I did a 1 hour deep tissue full body massage. For one i was a walk in and it's Sunday I wasn't expecting them to be open but saw they were. The lady I had this morning did great. Matter of fact great is a understatement and I made sure to tip her because she had me feeling like a new woman. The next time I am in town I most definitely will be back.
