My daughter and I shop at this beauty supply pretty often, but after tonight we will not be coming back. We were the only customers in the store. I grabbed some braiding hair and my daughter and I were looking at the beads when an older woman came out from the back and started walking around watching us. She never spoke to us or asked if we needed help, just kept circling and staring. It got to the point where my daughter noticed and ran over to me saying the lady was coming again. That’s how obvious it was. At one point the woman came out from the back room, then came back and closed the door behind her and just stood there outside the door staring at us — as if we were about to go back there, even though we had been standing in the same spot the whole time looking at hair beads. I love this store. The prices are good and they have good customer service. But you do have to watch when you buy your items you get the item you try on at the counter. They have great bargains but they have yo take the item to the counter. I do love this store. I often get caught up buying stuff once I get there.

Stopped in looking for a cream to stop dark spots on my hands. Gentleman was very courteous and helpful. He walked me to two different aisles showing me products that might help. Explaining the ingredients and feedback from customers he gave me helpful information to make the right choice for me. The associate even suggested a product his store didn't carry. It is rare to get such attentive service these days and I will feequeny this store because of it.

I can to return products I bought two days ago. The things I bought were NOT on the policy list of ‘do not return’. When I pointed that out, she just looked at me and said nothing. I was told that I could not return the items I bought and I could not get a store credit for any of them.

I wish I could have written a more positive review about this place, but every fiber in my being will not allow me to. I'll start with a small positive note...although this was only my 3rd time in this establishment, they typically have what I am looking for. This past Saturday, I was in the area and needed some shampoo. Nothing fancy, a brand that is carried in most stores. Walked around the store, the employees were nice and accommodating. Found the shampoo, but they were all out of the larger sized bottle. Picked up two smaller bottles and headed to the register. Salesperson rings up shampoo and I notice the price was $9.99 for a 13oz bottle. Of course, I question it, because the 19oz bottle (which they were out of) was the same price! Huh??
