These people are scammers!!!! they do not know how to do ponytail yet they said that they can do it on me for my friends wedding bridesmaids. Don’t book these people for any kind of high ponytail they charged me $100 for a very ugly ponytail With my own bundles!!!! Don’t book this salon don’t book it don’t book!!!! The ponytail didn’t even last 2 hours before it fall out of my head! It was so embarrassing! The hair was not slick at ALL!! I was sooooo disappointed!! Especially with the amount they charge for that hair! They only care about the money and not how the customer feels about the results. That was terrible!!! They are usually good with box braids and some other braiding hairstyles but don’t trust them with your natural hair for them to style it for you.

I have used this place twice. Both time the braiders arrived late. The hair was neatly done and so I went back a second time. I messaged who i figured was Charlene and asked for large, just past should length knotless for my daughter. The day of, the braider, not Charlene, told my 12 yo to show her what she thought medium was, unknowingly my daughter googled a photo and the braider did it and deemed it small. What the braider decided to give my child was waist length small knotless, that i did not ask for, AND charged me an additional $60. This place has no professionalism. I try to support black owned business but they dont respect our request and money. Stay away from this shop!!

I absolutely love my hair! From the moment I called I knew I would enjoy my experience. Ms. Charlene and her crew are very talented and fast! I literally live 2 hours away and don’t mind the drive because it’s worth it.. ohhh and they accept walk ins ! Please please trust me when I say, you won’t be disappointed!

Charlene, her team Nancy and Kézia did a fabulous job doing my daughter’s hair. She opted for medium knotless braids, black with hints of blond. The braids are very neat and uniform. Great price for an even better service, and they were done in record time. We will definitely be back in the future.
