My wife went to perm her hair. The staff was in hurry even though she already had an appointment for her hair perm which requires more time. Because of that, the stylist didn’t do her job properly. She never do the quality check before putting chemicals in it. The stylist damaged my wife’s hair and blamed my wife has a bad hair. She didn’t want to fix it once my wife went back to show her unpermed and damaged hair. This place is totally waste of money and time. I would not recommend anyone going there.

Very friendly staff! I went in the summer to get my hair highlighted. Came out exactly how I wanted and the service was affordable for the amount of foils she put in my hair (full highlights). I recommend Wendy, she was super sweet :-)

Since I moved to Woodland, the first hair salon I visited was the Charitos, because a friend of mine recommend it to me, I still come but I am not satisfied at all, the girl who does my hair never got me the right color no matter what pictures I show her, and another thing is the owner omg shes always with this grumpy face
