Charisma Nails & Waxing Santa Clara

Charisma Nails and Wax is a great, clean beautiful nail spa with a convenient location, plenty of parking and relaxing atmosphere. I got a fill with design and a pedicure. Kimberly (Kim) was my nail tech and she did an incredible job in my opinion. She was fast but paid close attention to detail. My nails were ROUGH when I first came in, since I hadn’t had a fill in 4 weeks, and I had a missing thumb nail she had to fix. She did a beautiful design and reshaped my nails. Tammy took care of my pedicure. She was friendly and gentle and addressed my ingrown issues. I got a basic design as I usually do on my toes but that does not take away from the fantastic job Tammy did on my feet. I will be requesting both Tammy and Kim for my future appointments. Kevin took care of my manicure today and I was very satisfied with the results! He listened carefully to what I wanted and recreated that exactly as I directed. Kevin is professional and very fast. Would definitely come back and ask for Kevin again! Thank you for meeting and exceeding my expectations!

Tiffany was great. She really took her time and did an amazing job on my bi-weekly acrylic fill. I love this location it’s close to my work and within walking distance to Starbucks or Whole Foods for lunch.

Got gel nails done today, love them! The place is clean, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The only downside was my eyebrow waxing experience. The technician was a bit harsh when removing the strip, which may have caused the painful burn under my eyebrow. (I regularly get my brows waxed, so this was unusual for me) Overall, I’d definitely return for nails. Great service and staff but would likely skip eyebrow services next time.

Absolutely amazing cat eye gel x nails by Kim! She worked fast but diligently and very careful. She gave me her professional opinion based on my reference photo of what I wanted my nails to look like and she delivered! I will definitely be coming back!
